The stay was decent with comfortable beds and helpful staff. Breakfast options were plentiful, although crowded. The pool area, unfortunately, suffered from overpowering chlorine, making it tough for kids to enjoy. Only thing lacking was a good dining option, but for the price, it was reasonable. Would consider returning for a family trip.

We enjoyed exploring Polo Park for some shopping and ended each day with comfy rest in a clean queen room. The breakfast options were awesome and the staff was super friendly. Free hot drinks in the lobby was a nice touch after our outings!

The only downside was the lack of clear signage for the hotel parking, which made finding our way a bit tricky at first.

Had a wonderful time during my stay! The pool area was super relaxing, and the jacuzzi was just what I needed after a long day. Only wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but overall, I can't wait to come back! 😊

Perfect for family fun!

The pool area was a highlight, my kid absolutely loved the slide,, couldn't get her outta there,. The breakfast spread was impressive, like a smorgasbord of goodness that kept us fueled for the day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly, worth the experience.

The hotel had a lovely, modern decor with spacious areas that were easy to navigate, making it quite comfortable for seniors. I especially enjoyed the cozy seating in the lobby where I could relax with my tea.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was spacious and oh-so-comfortable, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The indoor pool with a waterslide was a blast, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with so many options to choose from!

Freezing pool, but comfy room

Our king suite was spacious and tidy, providing the perfect retreat after a long day exploring. The breakfast variety was simply delightful and a great way to start each morning.

However, the pool was disappointingly cold, making it uninviting, especially for the kids. With so many guests, it felt crowded and chaotic, which dampened the family fun.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions. Enjoyed the pool area, especially the slide. The complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver for our busy mornings, with plenty of delicious options. However, the room had a slight musty smell upon arrival, which was a bit off-putting, but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom light flickered upon use, and I had to take it out since flashing lights trigger my migraines. The staff could have reacted faster to maintain the cleanliness in some areas. Navigating the hotel didn't pose much of a challenge, although clearer signage would improve the experience. Overall, I loved the amenities, especially the pool, but the room’s initial condition could have been better.

had a fantastic stay at best western plus! the room was spacious and clean, and we loved the pool area with the slide for the kids. the included breakfast was such a lifesaver. plus, the location was perfect—just off the highway with a gas station and a diner nearby. we're coming back for sure!
